Lindsey Paterniti

With 15 years working to help clients in personal injury cases, Lindsey is one of the case managers for keeping cases organized, clients informed, and everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She makes sure no deadline is missed and no question goes unanswered. When not wrangling case files, Lindsey is off hiking, paddling through peaceful waters, or just in search of the next great adventure. Back at home, she answers to two very opinionated pugs—Freddie Krueger and Ripley Jane—who run the household with adorable (and slightly chaotic) authority.

Angelina

Case Manager

Angelina was born and raised in Las Vegas. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is passionate about advocating for injured clients. Angelina has worked in personal injury for 11 years and assisted in client intake, case prep, settlement negotiations, and disbursement. She is proud of her career built on helping individuals navigate the legal system with confidence and clarity. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Daniel Macias

Case Manager/Work Comp Specialist

Daniel has worked in personal injury for over 15 years. He has excelled in multiple roles, including overseeing various departments such as claims, litigation, and even office management. He has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from UNLV and a Workers Compensation License from the State of Nevada. Daniel is fluent in English and Spanish. He truly has a desire to assist clients due to the hardships caused by unfortunate accidents.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer and traveling with his wife and son. Daniel is a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus and volunteers around the community.

Brooke Pribyl

Brooke brings over 15 years of experience in personal injury law. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging times with compassion and expertise. Brooke helps coordinate the new clients and their cases when they come to the firm. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, going on vacations, and cheering on her kids in their various sports.

Mike Francis

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mike specializes in listening to their stories, explaining the legal process in plain terms, and setting them up for success from day one at the firm. Mike is committed to making the path forward as smooth and supportive as possible. Outside the office, nothing beats quality time with family—whether he’s cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights, hiking desert trails, or splashing in the pool.

Adan Garcia

Adan loves to help clients understand the confusing and complicated part of litigating cases. Adan, is fluent in English and Spanish. When he’s not working, Adan likes walking, fixing things that he broke, and spending time with his wife.

Ken Hauritz

Ken is a seasoned professional with 35 years in finance, including roles at American Express, Morgan Stanley, and the Federal Reserve Bank. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in the personal injury field as an intake and marketing manager. Outside of work, Ken has a passion for outdoor adventures, from racing road and mountain bikes, fishing, and other sports in his earlier years to currently enjoying off-roading and overlanding in his Bronco. He shares these experiences with his wonderful wife, kids and dogs.

Esperanza Zuniga

Katie Mills

Katie has been working in the legal field for nearly 28 years. She started as a runner and, through the years, has trained and worked her way into administrative roles at some of the largest law firms in Nevada. Katie learned importance of organization, compassion, and dedication… qualities she brings every day in her work with Boyack Law Group. Her family is a huge part of life, with her husband and three kids, as well as two dogs who keep our home lively. They enjoy traveling as a family, especially our trips to Disneyland, where we can slow down and make memories together.
