Daniel Dastrup
Daniel “Danny” Dastrup is a Las Vegas native, having moved here at the age of five. He has seen the city grow and change through the years and loves to call Las Vegas home.
Danny received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and later his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school Danny received several accolades including “highest honors” recognizing his skill in legal writing.
Since becoming an attorney, Danny has assisted his clients in a variety of cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and insurance bad faith. Danny has recovered millions of dollars through settlements, awards, and verdicts on behalf of his clients. Danny has successfully tried several cases in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas and has successfully litigated cases against major multinational companies and the Federal Government.
Danny considers it a privilege to serve his clients and does so with a balance of tenacity, skill, compassion and professionalism in order to achieve the best result for his clients.
Danny is a member of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40” and speaks fluent Spanish.
When he is not working, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing guitar and tennis and cheering on the Golden Knights. Danny is also an avid soccer fan.
